Our Care Services

We support the quality of life of all our residents

Our primary care physicians, occupational therapists, and physical therapists come onsite to care for our residents. We provide x-ray capabilities and hospice care coordinators that collaborate with our team of caregivers within our facility.

We believe in providing an upscale place to call home and a safe environment. In this intimate setting, we are an extended family that is part of one another’s lives. We curate individualized support while ensuring everyone gets the medical and home care support they deserve.

Assisted Living and Individual Care in Maryland

Individual Care

Individual care allows the caregivers to understand the intricacies of the needs of each resident, what they enjoy, their wants, and their treatments. Our care plans provide specific assistance built around the resident’s unique health conditions and treatments.

This plan will outline what type of support is needed to receive the best care within our facility. The caregivers, physicians, and nursing staff review each plan regularly to ensure the residents receive continual quality care.

Hospice Care in Maryland

Hospice Care

Hospice care is designed to help you and your loved one with medical care and emotional support through end-of-life decisions, providing comfort and assistance for the resident and their families. A hospice care plan is developed to ensure the needs and services given to address the medical support, treatment preferences, and change in condition, and recommendations are adhered to.

Everyone’s hospice care plan is individualized to their specific requests, ideas, and goals. The caregivers, nurses, and outside hospice providers collaborate to coordinate the best care possible.

Respite Care for Elderly in Maryland

Respite Care

Respite care is a short-term stay when a caregiver or family member is going to be away or may need a break; it could also be when a person comes out of the hospital while the family prepares for the person to go home. It is an interim care plan that allows our caregivers to support your loved one by caring for your elderly or disabled family member that needs consistent in-home care.

We create a plan of care between you and the care team to ensure all the residents' medical and personal needs are supported and managed while you are away.

Memory Care for People with Dementia

Memory Care

Memory care is provided to individuals with different neurological impairments, such as Alzheimer's and dementia. The care plans are designed to meet the individualized resident's medical and personal needs.

A memory care plan assists caregivers in understanding the resident; this plan will include vital information about the resident to allow us to work with them. It provides a safe, structured daily routine to lower stress for people with Alzheimer’s or dementia. Depending on the type of care needed, if the resident has memory issues but can manage most daily living tasks and function unassisted, we offer support to help with tasks they struggle with.

“Caring for Seniors is perhaps the greatest responsibility we have. Those who have walked before us have given so much and made possible the life we all enjoy.”
